NFL Duct Tape
On 9NEWS 8 a.m. multimedia journalists Maggie DeMarco and Nico Goda were taking snaps in our NFL Licensed Duck Tape Box-off!!
Nico drew the short straw and had the Patriots version. Maggie had the Broncos edition. Besides taping up boxes, you can use the tape to fix your favorite recliner, or patch up your lucky chips bowl or beer mug! Stay thirsty my friends.
Fiki Football
In our Social Cafe, there was exciting action from our exclusive 9NEWS Morning Fiki Football Fight. Amelia Earhart looked fierce in a foam fan mask that looks like it came right off the Broncos Defensive Line.
She was opposite Becky Ditchfield who was showing some Peyton like moves. The game piece is based on the old folded notebook paper that Fiki fans used for years. Goalpost, replica field and rules are all included.
Laser Peg Man & Garden Mascot
9NEWS.com's Blair Shiff showed off a very cool Laser Peg man decked out in Broncos decals. This is for kids five and up. Set includes 10 laser pegs, 60 construction parts, a triangle power base and 32 NFL team removable decals.
She also had Miles The Garden Mascot. He never looked better, complete with green garden hose and all-weather paint. It kind of looked like Miles got a bit of a crew cut!
Softee Footballs, Shakers & A Bottle Stopper
Broncos fans Gary and Corey tossed around some Quick Toss Softee Broncos Footballs; unlike the NFL real-things they won't put out your eye.
To round it out, Gregg showed some nifty Broncos Salt and Pepper Football Shakers and a Broncos Team Spirit Bottle Stopper which will come in handy when it's time to toast the Broncos win over New England with some bubbly Sunday!
