In China, gadgets push manual skills aside

Have you ever forgotten how to tell time on a traditional clock because you're used to reading it digitally on your phone?

Well, you aren't the only one feeling the mental drag from the increasing push towards an all-digital world.

In China, gadget users are "forgetting how to write," reports the BBC. One 32-year-old self-proclaimed "Internet addict" said she realized after watching a game show prompting contestants to write Chinese characters that she'd forgotten some things even children know.
